Clarenville Community Collective
As part of the Clarenville Community Collective initiatives, The Loft was proud to host a creative and engaging Valentine’s Day Watercolour Event for community members. The event was designed to provide a welcoming and relaxing space where participants could express themselves through art while connecting with others in the community.
The session was led by talented local artist Kaeleigh Fitzgerald, who guided participants through watercolour techniques and encouraged creativity regardless of skill level. Attendees had the opportunity to create their own Valentine’s-themed artwork while learning new artistic skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
The event brought together youth and community members, promoting positive social interaction, creativity, and wellness through art. Participants enjoyed the chance to slow down, be creative, and celebrate the Valentine’s season in a meaningful and relaxing way.
The Loft was thrilled to collaborate with the Clarenville Community Collective and contribute to programming that strengthens community connections and provides positive, creative opportunities for youth and residents. Events like this highlight the importance of partnership and community engagement, and The Loft looks forward to continuing to support collaborative initiatives in the future.
