Bringing the Community Together Through Cricket in partnership with Association for New Canadians (ANC)

Community members and youth recently had the opportunity to come together for an exciting and energetic Cricket Event that focused on fun, teamwork, and skill-building. The event welcomed participants of all experience levels, creating an inclusive environment where everyone could learn, play, and enjoy the game.

Participants had the chance to develop their cricket skills through friendly matches, interactive learning, and team-based activities. For many, it was an opportunity to try something new, while others enjoyed strengthening their confidence and leadership abilities through sport.

Beyond the game itself, the event encouraged social connection, physical activity, and community engagement. It provided a positive space for youth to stay active, build friendships, and experience the benefits of teamwork and sportsmanship.
